Dr. Nada Al Ajmi
Bringing 20 years of experience as an academic at Sultan Qaboos University and experience in training and consultancy since 2009, Dr. Nada Al Ajmi is the Founder and Managing Director of Aspire Muscat Institute. She holds a PhD from The University of Melbourne, Australia. She is passionate about personal and career development and conducts her training, coaching and consultancy with energy to inspire change and a commitment to long-term development.
Dr. Nada is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Training and Development Professional by the Institute for Performance and Learning (Canada), a Certified Psychometric Analysis Practitioner by Thomas International and Hogan. She has experience in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global. Dr. Nada is a certified trainer by the Springboard Consultancy (UK) to deliver the the Spring Forward (leadership program for management), Boost (for youth and people in the early stages of their career) and Springboard (work and personal development for women) programs. She is also a Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitator (for using the coach approach in management) from Coach U (USA). She has been selected by the Royal Academy for Management in the Sultanate of Oman as a certified trainer (by Eller Executive Education at the University of Arizona) for The National Program for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight.
