Dr. Nada Al Ajmi is an experienced professional with a deep commitment to leadership and organizational development in the Sultanate of Oman. With over two and a half decades of experience spanning higher education, executive training, and institutional capacity building, she brings a powerful blend of academic rigor and strategic insight to her work. 

As the Founder and Managing Director of Aspire Muscat Institute, Dr. Nada advances leadership excellence and human capital development through innovative, evidence-based programming. Her approach integrates deep cultural understanding with global best practices, enabling Aspire Muscat to serve as a trusted partner to ministries, corporate clients, and leadership programs across the region.

Dr. Nada holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and previously served as an academic at Sultan Qaboos University for 20 years. She is known for her dynamic facilitation style, personal warmth, and ability to inspire meaningful transformation. Hundreds of professionals have benefited from her programs, which are grounded in experiential learning, values-driven coaching, and practical tools for growth.
